Original Studio Costume Emblem Design
Date Sold: 22/08/1970
“Easy, miss. I’ve got you.” “You – you’ve got me? Who’s got you?”
Original studio costume emblem design from Richard Donner’s 1978 superhero film Superman.
An alien orphan is sent from his dying planet to Earth, where he grows up to become his adoptive home’s first and greatest superhero.
This emblem and many like it were used to show the screen used design required for the film. The emblem design is paper and shows wear from production used and aging such as tears and folds. Considering the age of the piece, it remains in a very good condition.
